This concept centres around a new multi use Marina Development catering for
boats of all shapes and sizes, in an invigorating attractive environment which
shall include dry docks for repair, modification and maintenance and specialist
support facilities.

This project is flexible in its size and has the options of adding a nautical
themed shopping mall with hotels, restaurants etc… to serve the specific
locations needs, thereby enhancing its commercial viability.
